Many years have gone by and I have seen all the changes, all the improvements and have been involved in most of their promotions.
Most recently the changing of the guard with the sale of the business and the promotion of Sherree Wightman to General Manager.
Since this event, I have been super impressed with the 5 star excellent customer service, communication, free delivery to your door and vast improvement in quality of their products.
If ever there is something that needs to be repaired, replaced or re-made whether its Orion’s mistake or mine, it is embraced quickly into the system and the turn around is elite.
